Our journey with the Liechtenstein Group began in 2021. They are a group of companies and an investment platform owned by Foundation Prince Liechtenstein. They operate globally in the sectors of agriculture, forestry, renewable energy and real estate. Tasked with an intricate project, we aimed to not just film, but to truly understand and convey a vision that spanned generations.

Challenges Encountered by the LGroup
Understanding the new dynamics and aligning our storytelling with LGroup's complex structure was critical. Julia Holter, the head of corporate communications, commented, "With the reorganization of the group still ongoing, finding the right story and core messages for an image film wasn´t easy". Despite this uncertainty, her vision was clear: she sought to integrate "wow" factors – visually striking elements that would showcase the company's activities and resonate with a global audience. Our challenge was to translate this vision into a coherent and compelling narrative that would do justice to their multifaceted operations.
The Collaboration Exceeding Expectations
Our deep dive into the project began with a commitment to understanding the client's intricate world. We interviewed a few dozen key stakeholders across the globe to find the group's shared narrative. As Johannes Meran, the LGroup's CEO, insightfully stated, "we pride ourselves on the expertise and knowledge that we have within our sectors. This expertise doesn't sit within the group. It sits within our long serving employees and our staff."
Our approach during the filming process resonated strongly with LGroup. Julia remarked, "Everyone felt really good with you guys, they liked working with you." This trust and professionalism were crucial in capturing the genuine essence of LGroup's mission and its people.
Moreover, our team undertook specialized courses on sustainability investing and finance, immersing ourselves in the client’s industry, as Julia acknowledged, "You'd always try to understand the company very well." These efforts have lead to a notable win in our collaboration - achieving cost efficiencies and synergies.
Watch LGroup's Employer Branding Video In addition to the production of the group's Vision Story, we also successfully produced an Employer Branding Video, an educational content about "World Bee Day," emphasizing the importance of bees in agriculture and biodiversity and updated the company presentation for LIECO, LGroup's subsidiary focusing on climate-fit and modern forestry.
This approach not only fulfilled multiple objectives but also showcased our ability to deliver versatile, impactful outputs in alignment with the group's diverse interests.

Our effort to alleviate Julia's workload by creating interview questions was particularly impactful. "That was extremely helpful," she acknowledged, highlighting our adaptability and support through setbacks.
The culmination of our efforts was met with enthusiasm in the post-production phase. Julia’s reaction, "It's always amazing... you really get to the core of everything," affirmed that we had captured the multifaceted essence of their mission, despite the project's evolving nature.

This sentiment underscored the depth of our collaboration, successfully translating the Liechtenstein Group's vision into a visual masterpiece that resonated with their ethos of sustainable investing. It wasn't just about creating a film; it was about crafting a legacy, a visual testament to the group's commitment to innovation, sustainability, and impact that will inspire future generations.

After successfully producing and integrating these videos into the LGroup’s communication strategy, another recent example showcased their value clearly: then-CEO Johannes Meran requested additional videos highlighting each of their business sectors.

Merging Heritage with Innovation
Legero United set out to open a new headquarters that reflects its history and vision for the future. This milestone had to capture the company’s craftsmanship, commitment to sustainability and the values that define its legacy. core story studios was entrusted with telling this story in a way that felt true to the people behind the brand.
Storytelling Rooted in Legacy
Through film, we brought Legero United’s 150-year journey to life. The story honored its past while looking ahead to new possibilities. Then-CEO Stefan Stolitzka’s words set the tone: “Quality is at the heart of everything we do. True beauty can only emerge from outstanding quality, and that is what we strive for in our shoes.”
We worked closely with event planner Julian Amenth. Over multiple days on-site, we explored the entire shoemaking process from research and design using the latest technologies to the final stitching by hand. This experience deepened our appreciation for Legero United’s craftsmanship.
The event brought together key figures, including Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen, artist André Heller, and Styrian Minister of Economic Affairs Barbara Eibinger-Miedl. One of the most memorable moments for us was welcoming and filming President Van der Bellen as he arrived.
In collaboration with 24sound, we streamed the event live. We also conducted interviews, filmed aerial footage, and created a virtual tour of the headquarters.
